Katrina White, owner and director of White Kat Beverage Co. grew up appreciating wine and wholesale businesses. Her father, Paul White, founded Whitehill Wine Company in 1999, ending up on the Mornington Peninsula due to his love of wine, sales and the costal community. Katrina joined Whitehill Wine Company in 2008 where she helped her father grow the wholesale liquor business to the west coast.
Her journey began with knocking on doors, cold calling and meeting traders all up and down the coast as she focused on sourcing the best boutique beverages not available in the main chains.
In 2014, Katrina established White Kat Beverage Co. where she expanded the business to solely focus on the Surf Coast, Bellarine, Geelong and Western Victoria region continuing wholesales and adding a range of other services.
White Kat Beverage Co. has grown since its founding with the addition of some amazing staff all of whom continue to focus on the best products and unmatched customer service. The team works tirelessly to support clients and are available during times when they are needed most.

Meet The Team
Stacey
Having been in the hospitality industry since she was 18, Stacey worked in NSW, WA, SA before finally settling in Victoria. She studied a bachelor of Viticulture and Wine Making but a fear of spiders and love of the hospitality scene brought her back to sales. Stacey loves a glass (or 3) of the good stuff, but a quick beer never goes astray, especially after a long day. Fun Fact: a label in the White Kat portfolio was inspired by Stacey. Can you guess which one?
Nicole
Nicole has been working in the wine industry for 18 years, and a part of the White Kat Beverage Co. team since the beginning. Nicole has a vast knowledge of the tax and accounting and is always happy to assist White Kat customers and suppliers with their quireis. When Nicole isn't crunching numbers she can be found on her property riding horses with her daughter Chloe or kicking back at end of a hard day with a liqueur.
Danielle
Dani is a bubbly and passionate marketer with a background in global brand strategy, project management, product development, and digital marketing. She has risen to key roles at George Weston Foods and Treasury Wine Estates, launching successful campaigns for Penfolds, Wolf Blass, Wynns, Rosemount, and Lindeman’s. Danielle’s love for wine has whisked her to Bordeaux, Reims, and Napa Valley, fueling her passion for great food and wine (especially Pinot Noir). Her boundless energy extends to running, and she's currently training for her first half marathon.
Steve
As White Kat Beverage Co.'s warehouse, logistics and delivery manager you will often find Steve cruising in the White Kat van, stopping for an occasional surf, taking a quick pic and of course making sure you receive your orders on time! Steve is a man of many talents. If he's not working for White Kat, he is busy with his own businesses as a surf photographer (A-frame Photography), being an international tour guide and deciding which he likes more, beer or wine.
Gali
Gali is our amazing Delivery & Warehouse Manager at White Kat! Starting her career in retail in Melbourne, Gali later worked as a barista before making the move to beautiful Torquay eight years ago. Since then, she’s been making waves in the hospitality industry, gaining popularity with everyone she meets!
When it comes to beverages, Gali’s favourites include rich reds like Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Chianti. She’s also a big fan of Whisky and Gin — talk about diverse taste! You’ll always find Gali bringing a spark to the team with her energy, passion and creativity. Her kindness and warm heart shine through in everything she does, making her someone you can always count on for support and a friendly chat. Whether she’s organizing the warehouse or crafting new designs, she’s a force of positivity and inspiration!
